Great news for CCHP Medicare plan members and prospective members!
Starting July 1st, Hill Physicians will accept CCHP Medicare patients in San Francisco and San Mateo counties. CCHP and Hill Physicians have been collaborating to serve the growing health care needs of the community since 2016. The relationship started with the growth of members enrolled to CCHP through Covered California. Now almost ten years into the partnership, Hill Physicians has been added to CCHP’s Medicare provider network. This means expanded choice of Primary Care Physicians (PCP), specialists and facilities for CCHP members.
Mr. Larry Loo, CCHP’s CEO stated, “This is great news for our members and community of providers to add the Hill Physician Medical Group to help serve our growing Medicare population. Hill Physicians has been a trusted partner for nearly ten years caring for our individual and employer group plan members.” Mr. Loo continued, “Now, we are delighted to extend the breadth of provider resources which Hill offers to our CCHP Medicare Advantage plan members providing them access to the largest independent physician group in Northern Califorinia.”
