Aids and Accommodations
CCHP Health Plan provides free aids and services to people with disabilities, including appropriate auxiliary aids and other services such as:

  •  Qualified sign language interpreters
  • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, other formats)

Free language services are available to people whose primary language is not English, including electronic and translated documents and oral interpretation, such as:

  • Qualified interpreters
  • Information written in other languages
