CCHP has a team of friendly multi-lingual Member Services representatives ready to answer questions about your plan benefits, provider network, and procedures for using the plan. We encourage you to contact us right away if you have questions, concerns or problems related to your covered services or the care you receive.

CCHP Member Services Center is available to take your calls from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week. You can reach Member Services by calling toll-free at 1-888-775-7888 or locally 1-415-834-2118. TTY users can call 1-877-681-8898.

Nurse Advice Line

While your physician's office is the best resource for your health questions, they may not be available all the time. CCHP's 24/7 Nurse Advice Line is available so you can get advice from a registered health professional, even on evenings, weekends or other times when your physician is not available.
