Established in 1986, Chinese Community Health Plan (CCHP) is the health plan subsidiary of the Chinese Hospital Association delivering coverage to over 23,000 Members. CCHP Health Plan offers coverage to individuals and families (on and off Covered California exchange), employer groups, and to seniors through Medicare Advantage plans. Our service area includes San Francisco and San Mateo counties, and as of 2025, Alameda County.

CCHP is dedicated to improving community health by delivering high-quality, affordable care that is culturally competent and linguistically appropriate.
