Did you know your Medi-Cal office review each member’s eligibility once a year? That’s why it is important to keep your contact information updated with your local Medi-Cal office so they can notify you when it is your time to renew.

  1. If your Medi-Cal office has all your information and find that you are still eligible, they will mail you a letter saying your Medi-Cal is automatically renewed.
  2. If your Medi-Cal office needs more information from you, they will mail you a large yellow envelope to complete your renewal process. Make sure to complete your renewal by the due date printed on the form. If you do not, you may lose your coverage.
